The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist cardiovascular team members in catheterization procedures, patient preparation, and recovery
- Maintain a safe and organized environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
**Requirements:**
- Current AHA CPR and ACLS certifications
- BSN or ADN degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care, cath lab, or EP nursing
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to respond to emergencies and assist in patient evacuation during emergencies
**Compensation and Benefits:**
We offer an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
