Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisory Instrumentation Engineer to join our team at JT4 LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the modification, installation, testing, evaluation, repair, and documentation of airborne test instrumentation and data acquisition systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small section of engineers and technicians in the development and maintenance of realistic, integrated test and training environments.
  • Conduct research and reference reading to obtain technical information and stay up-to-date with currently approved standards, codes, and procedures.
  • Perform engineering tasks that are varied and challenging, with established deadlines.
  • Manage projects or parts of more complex projects with limited instruction on the intent and scope of the documents to be prepared.
  • Generate design specifications and technical reports.
  • Direct interface with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Supervise the performance of work performed by employees assigned to the section.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in engineering from an ABET-accredited academic institution with 4 years of related engineering experience, or an accredited Master of Science in engineering with 2 years of related engineering experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, planning/organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.
