We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cook I to join our team at the Lake Cumberland State Resort Park. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the highest quality food products in our 200-seat restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and manage food product consistency under the direction of the Chef III.
- Assist in menu development under the direction of the Chef III.
- Sanitize food service areas and ensure proper food storage.
- Strong analytical thinking and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
