Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in nursing (MSN) or a related field; a BSN with a commitment to pursuing an MSN within two years may be considered.
  • At least five years of progressive clinical management experience, preferably in an academic medical center or large hospital system.
  • Licensure to practice as a registered nurse in South Carolina.
  • Experience with human resource management, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives.
What We Offer

In addition to the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to shaping the future of nursing care, we offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $185,000 annually, depending on experience. This estimate includes factors such as location, job requirements, and market conditions.
