Key Responsibilities- Quality Patient Care: Ensure that patients receive high-quality care, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

- Clinical Operations: Develop, implement, and evaluate effective patient care delivery systems, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal outcomes.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Work closely with medical directors, department staff, and other stakeholders to develop clinical service strategies and improve patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree in nursing (MSN) or a related field; a BSN with a commitment to pursuing an MSN within two years may be considered.
- At least five years of progressive clinical management experience, preferably in an academic medical center or large hospital system.
- Licensure to practice as a registered nurse in South Carolina.
- Experience with human resource management, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives.
In addition to the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to shaping the future of nursing care, we offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $185,000 annually, depending on experience. This estimate includes factors such as location, job requirements, and market conditions.
