Personal Care Aide (PCA) Training Program Overview
We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our FREE Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program. This comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge required to succeed in a rewarding career in home care.
Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As a PCA, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support services to clients in their homes. This may include activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assistance with daily living tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a high school diploma or equivalent and be certified in CPR and First Aid.

Program Highlights: Our PCA training program is a 40-hour, six-day course that covers topics such as essential skills in personal care and hygiene, how to assist with daily living activities, basic medical knowledge, and effective communication and empathy in caregiving.
