Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembler/Production Worker to join our team at Volt in Hopkins, SC. As an Assembler/Production Worker, you will play a critical role in building and adapting chassis/cradles and circuit breakers on an assembly line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and adapt chassis/cradles and circuit breakers on an assembly line
  • Follow computer-displayed work instructions to assemble breakers and cradles
  • Perform repetitive material supply functions following detailed work direction and guidelines
  • Operate hand truck for delivery or picking of parts and supplies
  • Sort and count parts and supplies and log inventory
  • Inspect parts for damages or defects and record discrepancies or damages
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to work utilizing basic PC skills
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to stand for shift duration and lift 35 lbs on a continuous basis
  • Good work/attendance record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Reads Blueprints & Schematics
  • Wiring experience
