About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our team at Sterling Long Term Care Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing and collection cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete hard copy third-party billing forms and submit documentation to respective payers.
  • Prepare and send monthly statements to facilities and private payers.
  • Identify and resolve incomplete and inaccurate billing information to resolve payment problems.
  • Work with stores to maintain acceptable aging parameters.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard and 10-key calculator.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private 3PP billing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of healthcare and billing experience.
