Job Summary

EngageMED Inc. is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Chi role. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will contribute to the success of our practice by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform basic nursing care to patients by following established standards and procedures.
  2. Collect patient data such as vital signs, and report this information accordingly.
  3. Prepare and administer injections, perform routine tests, treat wounds, and change bandages.
  4. Prepare patient records and files using established medical record forms/automated systems and documentation practices.
  5. Administer certain prescribed medications, and monitor and document treatment progress and patient response.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing program.
  2. Current/valid Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse from the state licensing board.
  3. Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) required.
  4. 1 year experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting required.
