Summary
Under general supervision, this role involves a variety of custodial and repair tasks essential for the upkeep of buildings and facilities. This position is distinct from that of a Laborer, as it encompasses more complex and varied maintenance responsibilities alongside general labor duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Conducts basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks to maintain and repair the facility, including replacing or adjusting plumbing fixtures, repairing doors, and patching walls.
- Performs routine manual tasks as requested, such as changing air conditioning filters, assembling furniture, and replacing light bulbs.
- Handles general custodial tasks not covered by Housekeeping, including high cleaning inside the casino and pressure cleaning of kitchen equipment.
- Records and reports any suspicious activity as defined by compliance policies.
No supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of general building repair and maintenance experience, or a combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and compute rates and ratios.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in various forms. Ability to solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Certification in Carpentry/Woodworking is desirable.
Class B Gaming License
