Position Overview:
The role involves delivering care services, executing specific nursing tasks, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

The primary nurse or therapist oversees the care provided by the Home Health Aide.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform personal care tasks and assist with household duties.
- Support patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions within the scope of practice.
- Maintain accountability for attendance, punctuality, and overall dependability.
- Complete assigned tasks in alignment with organizational policies and values.


Qualifications:
Mandatory:

- Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in home care or a supervised healthcare environment.
- Valid Washington State Driver's License and proof of insurance.
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification.


Preferred:
  • Ability to perform necessary patient procedures and utilize related equipment.
