Key Responsibilities
  • Provides technical guidance for supplies, parts, and equipment requested by contractors; assists in resolving facility problems and concerns.
  • Operates various hand and small power tools and equipment in support of maintenance and repair operations.
  • Responds to all Building Operations complaints; initiates and provides corrective action as necessary; completes maintenance activities in a timely and cost-effective manner, according to industry standards, relevant manufacturer's specifications, and in a safe manner.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance methods, policies, and procedures, as well as local, regional, and state industry standards, specifications, and practices for building construction projects. Salary: estimated $43,500 - $51,000 per year based on 40 hours/week.
