About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing individual and group therapy to individuals within our assigned programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy to individuals within your assigned programs.
  • Conduct assessments/consultations/monitoring with our individuals to create a comprehensive treatment plan.
  • Develop and maintain WRAP plans and safety contracts.
  • Consultation on Individual Support Plans Goals/Objectives.
  • Collaboration with external entities such as vocational programs, Psychiatrists, Physicians.
  • Conduct specialty orientation training for new staff and refresher training for established staff.
  • On call responsibilities are included in the position, which include, but not limited to phone consultation to assigned programs.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related clinical discipline.
  • Valid LSW, LAC, LCSW or LPC.
  • Two years of working with the adults with special needs.
  • One year of clinical work in a behavioral health setting.
  • Experience providing in-community treatment preferred.
