Key Responsibilities:- Prepare grilled foods, fry sides, poultry and fish dishes, and assemble, measure, portion, and restock products
- Maintain full control of the grill station, monitoring temperatures and freshness standards
- Work closely with other Cooks and the Expeditor to ensure efficient service and high-quality products
