Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Grafton, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care services to patients in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care services to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • 1-2 years of experience in acute care settings.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
