Weekend Radiology Technologist Opportunity

UPMC is seeking skilled Radiology Technologists to join our team in a unique weekend program. As a Radiology Technologist in this program, you will work a dynamic schedule, collaborating with a team of radiologists and imaging techs to provide essential visualizations for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Program Details
  • Work 48 weekends per year, 24 hours per weekend (either two 12-hour or three 8-hour shifts per weekend)
  • Eligible participants must have a minimum of 6 months of experience
  • 15% incentive added to hourly rate
  • Weekend program benefits, including medical benefits, paid short-term and long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, and PTO accrual, offered as for full-time staff

Requirements
  • Graduate of an ARRT-approved school of Radiologic Technology or verification from ARRT-approved school of completion of program and scheduled graduation date
  • 6 months of experience required to participate in this program
  • ARRT Registry eligible as a Radiologic Technologist; must obtain radiography registry within 12 months of hire date
  • CPR or BLS required
