- Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote health and well-being.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- License and Certification: Current RN license to practice in the State of Texas and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric setting.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
