Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EKG Technologist to join our team as a Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical support in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Observe and interpret cardiac rhythms of patients on monitor equipment.
- Run and post rhythm strips at designated intervals to ensure accurate patient data.
- Validate computer readouts and compare posted strips to previous strips to identify changes in cardiac rhythm.
- Notify nursing staff of any changes in cardiac rhythm and ensure proper lead placement on patients.
- Test equipment for proper working order and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Proven experience as an EKG Technologist with a strong understanding of patient safety and precautions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cooperatively with other employees.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic clinical environment.
- Strong knowledge of procedures and patient safety protocols.
