Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, and stenting
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, including catheters, guidewires, and imaging equipment
- Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history, medications, and test results
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current certification as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Catheterization Laboratory setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
