The Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team and HR representatives in sourcing candidates for open positions. This includes managing the flow of applicants, reviewing resumes, and determining fit for the company's requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in technical positions. They should be familiar with Boolean search logic, social media recruitment techniques, and have experience using external job sites such as CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

The Recruitment Specialist will also be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of high-potential candidates for future opportunities. This will involve coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews, as well as assisting in the coordination of recruitment efforts.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the A/E/C and EPCM industries, as well as experience in recruiting and filling positions within these sectors. They will also be willing to work non-traditional hours if needed to extend offers or communicate with candidates.
