Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities
  • Manage diabetes cases by providing comprehensive care, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Treat hypertension through medication management, lifestyle counseling, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Handle flu cases by administering vaccinations, providing education on prevention, and supporting patients through recovery.
  • Stabilize patients in crisis situations, utilizing critical thinking and quick decision-making skills to ensure optimal outcomes.
Additional Information

This contract role offers flexibility and autonomy, with opportunities for extension based on performance and availability. The assigned EMR system is Nextgen, which will be utilized to manage patient records and communicate with the care team.
