Position Details:
Title: Specialist 3 - Technical Support
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite)
Contract Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension
Compensation: $27.00-$29.00 per hour (W2)
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist Procurement users with the PPM Project Portfolio system, addressing inquiries and devising solutions for project entry and updates.
- Generate savings and expenditure reports for the PPM team.
- Collaborate with the Global Services Data Sciences team to support the creation of Procurement scorecards and dashboards.
- Facilitate system access and develop training materials for new users.
- Contribute to the documentation of systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics/visualization tools; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, take initiative, and seek improved solutions, particularly through personal development.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and proactively.
- Preferred educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, with comfort in training new users and collaborating with teams.
- Ability to drive data and digital solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools is beneficial.
- Capacity to manage projects autonomously without close supervision.
