Role Summary:

The Front Desk Security Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of all residents and their guests. This position is situated in the lobby area of the building, which serves as the main point of contact for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the premises.
  • Grant key access to residents' units upon receiving proper authorization.
  • Document all relevant information in designated logs maintained at the front desk.
  • Receive and sign for packages and mail, promptly notifying residents of their arrivals.
  • Adhere to the responsibilities outlined in the policies and procedures manual for each shift.

Essential Qualities:

  • Must possess a sharp and even temperament.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, especially during peak seasons.
  • Capable of making swift decisions in the absence of management.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and surveillance equipment.
  • Prior relevant work experience is required.

Health and Safety Precautions:

  • Personal protective equipment is provided or required.
  • Plastic barriers are installed at workstations.
  • Social distancing measures are enforced.
  • Virtual meetings are conducted as necessary.
