Service Technician for HVAC Systems (m/f/d)About the Role

The Schwarz Campus Service department is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at the Fair Oaks Ranch campus. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on refrigeration systems, heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems
  • Collaborate with external service providers to execute minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Participate in renovation projects and cross-trade projects within our buildings
  • Document electrical work in our facility management system
  • Provide operational support for technical building management, including operation, inspection, and first-level support for malfunctions
  • Participate in on-call duty (approximately 8 weeks per year)
