As a Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee our facility while ensuring excellence in customer service, team management, business growth, and financial and clinical operations. Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of campus programs and initiatives while assessing their effectiveness.
  • Support department leaders in conducting performance evaluations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures while promoting teamwork.
  • Act as the campus liaison with external agencies, including government entities and third-party payers.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the campus to ensure compliance with policies and service standards.
  • Participate in campus evaluations by authorized governmental agencies and develop corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain qualified staff to support campus programs and services.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual operating budget for the campus, intervening as necessary to ensure financial health.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Active Long-Term Care Administrator license in the state of operation
  • Prior experience in the long-term care sector
  • A compassionate and positive demeanor
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, team-building, and leadership abilities
