- Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on our IT infrastructure, including network equipment, servers, and software.
- Problem Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to our internal teams and customers on the use and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
- On-Call Support: Provide on-call support services for our IT infrastructure, including after-hours and weekend support.
- Remote Support: Provide remote support services for our customers and internal teams, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Asset Management: Manage and maintain our IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that our IT infrastructure and systems are compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a related field, including technical support and maintenance services.
- Skills: Excellent technical skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent certifications preferred.
