Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Engineer to join our team at ONEIDA TOTAL INTEGRATED ENTERPRISES. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting services for our IT infrastructure, including hardware and software issues.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on our IT infrastructure, including network equipment, servers, and software.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to our internal teams and customers on the use and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • On-Call Support: Provide on-call support services for our IT infrastructure, including after-hours and weekend support.
  • Remote Support: Provide remote support services for our customers and internal teams, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Asset Management: Manage and maintain our IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that our IT infrastructure and systems are compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a related field, including technical support and maintenance services.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent certifications preferred.
