We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner - Pediatric Perioperative Program to join our team at Della Infotech, Inc. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our pediatric patients, ensuring their safe and smooth transition from surgery to recovery.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients, ensuring their optimal health outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for pediatric patients.
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
- Providing expert care to patients with varying levels of acuity, including those with artificial airways.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and progress.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
