KE Camps, the nation's largest operator of day camps at country clubs nationwide, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our full-time team as a Club Relations & Marketing Coordinator.

This role will be an integral part of our team, based at our main office in Princeton, NJ. As a Club Relations & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with our partner clubs, ensuring prompt and professional communication, and developing marketing materials to promote our camp programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between KE Camps and our partner clubs
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets outlining camp-by-camp details and logistics
  • Coordinate schedules of additional club-programming and ensure detailed notes are on file for seasonal staff
  • Generate camp-specific marketing materials, including advertisements and parent emails
  • Design and manage print materials, including brochures and flyers
  • Virtually supervise and support camp operations during the summer season
  • Assist with various logistical and marketing-related projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-written, with experience creating graphics and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Graphic design experience and/or comfort utilizing Canva (or similar design platform) preferred
