Salary Range: $57,000 - $65,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime hours, no nights, weekends, or holidays
Work Environment: Outpatient Surgery Center
Start Date: Immediate
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Applied Science or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience as a radiology technician preferred
- A.A.R.T certification required
- BLS certification
Position Overview:
This role involves performing fluoroscopy procedures in the operating room, engaging in preoperative evaluations, and ensuring the maintenance of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the Center's philosophy and objectives
- Contribute to the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients
- Maintain professional development through ongoing education
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Interact appropriately with patients across all age groups
- Execute radiology technician duties according to established procedures
- Respond promptly to the needs of patients and physicians
- Perform additional duties as assigned
