Work Environment: Outpatient Surgery Center

Start Date: Immediate

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Applied Science or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a radiology technician preferred
  • A.A.R.T certification required
  • BLS certification

Position Overview:
This role involves performing fluoroscopy procedures in the operating room, engaging in preoperative evaluations, and ensuring the maintenance of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the Center's philosophy and objectives
  • Contribute to the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients
  • Maintain professional development through ongoing education
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures
  • Interact appropriately with patients across all age groups
  • Execute radiology technician duties according to established procedures
  • Respond promptly to the needs of patients and physicians
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
