Responsibilities- Provide hands-on care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Observe and report any changes in resident condition, including symptoms, behavior, and physical changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nurse or healthcare coordinator.
- Document resident information, including medication administration and vital signs.
- Assist with continence management and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Qualified Medication Assistant certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
