Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Permanent Associate Attorney to become a vital part of our dynamic legal team. This role provides the chance to engage with a diverse array of clients and tackle complex litigation challenges. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess a solid background in Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Bankruptcy Litigation, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Represent clients in various litigation matters, including commercial and bankruptcy disputes.
  2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development.
  3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  4. Formulate and execute effective litigation strategies for successful case resolutions.
  5. Provide clients with sound legal advice on a range of issues.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality legal service delivery.
  7. Stay informed about changes in laws and judicial decisions impacting clients.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards.
  9. Participate in court proceedings, depositions, and meetings.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Bankruptcy Litigation.
  4. Strong research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  6. Solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
  7. Proficient in legal software and technology for case management.
  8. Able to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  9. High level of professional ethics and integrity.
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
