Key Qualifications:
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Member and in good standing of the California State Bar
  • 2-5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in civil or commercial defense insurance defense
  • Experience in all phases of litigation up to trial, including discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiation
  • Proficient in drafting complaints, motions, briefs, memorandums, discovery, and other legal correspondence
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate well in a team environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines efficiently
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically
  • Trial experience is welcome, but not a requirement
