The MemorialCare Health System is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in an ambulatory care setting. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of patient plans of care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in collecting subjective and objective data to identify patient needs and develop a plan of care.
- Implement the plan of care under the direction of a physician, Advanced Practice Provider, or Registered Nurse, within the scope of your practice.
- Contribute to the development of patient plans of care and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Float to other locations as needed, with reliable transportation.
- Current California LVN License with IV Certification.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
- Prior nursing experience in an ambulatory care environment preferred.
