Job Summary:

We are looking for a CNA who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for our residents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also be responsible for monitoring patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the charge nurse, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility
  • Monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and food and liquid intake
  • Report any changes or concerns to the charge nurse
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Tennessee
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
