  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all communications in Xpedient's CRM system, ensuring tracking of interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses.
  • Technology Research and Implementation: Conduct ongoing research to identify and implement innovative technologies and tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Business Development team.
  • Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market analyses to uncover lucrative opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration with Lead Generation Partners: Work closely with our lead generation partners to align on the overall growth marketing and demand generation strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales and/or lead generation, with a proven track record of successfully acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques and methodologies, including familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Experience running successful outbound campaigns using LinkedIn InMail, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound email tools.
  • A proactive mindset characterized by strong initiative, high motivation, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach are essentials.
