Sales Representative for Respiratory Care Solutions in Florida

Draeger is a leading international company in the fields of medical and safety technology. Our team is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Respiratory Care Solutions team in Florida.
This is a remote position covering the Southern half of Florida, with up to 80% travel expected. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for all sales activities and assigned order quota relating to the sale of Respiratory Care Solutions within the defined sales territory. You will also be the primary relationship owner and interface between Draeger and designated customers.
Sales Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have three years of sales experience in a related field, preferably clinical sales or applications experience with product. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as consultative selling skills. The ability to understand customer needs and translate them into a business solution by clearly detailing clinical and business benefits is crucial.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing an in-depth understanding of Respiratory Care Solutions, including their functions, implications on patient care, work efficiencies, and financial aspects.
- Developing sales through broad-based activities, such as account qualification, aligning products to customer workflow and technical requirements, product demonstration, quoting, and closing.
- Interacting with clinical/technical customer service representatives during the sales process to determine customer needs and best position Draeger solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist with a BS/BA degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. An MBA is a plus. Additionally, you should have experience in a strategic and complex selling environment, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
