Job Description

At Timberline Bank, we're seeking a highly skilled Deposit Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Deposit Operations team, you'll be responsible for leading the teller line and ensuring seamless customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of tellers to achieve exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some banking experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of banking services and products, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
