About the Role:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about our brand story and product, and who is eager to go above and beyond to establish Rothy's as a leader in customer experience. As a Part-Time Retail Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing an unparalleled customer experience for every Rothy's customer
  • Supporting the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational duties
  • Developing and maintaining expert-level understanding of our products and processes
  • Elevating customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Creating loyalty by connecting customers with our brand and community
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years retail or hospitality-oriented experience
  • Excellent people skills, including being approachable, engaging, and friendly
  • Fastidious attention to detail and enthusiasm to maintain our brand aesthetic in a physical space
  • Ability to foster connections with our customers and contribute to meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a minimum of 16 hours per week
