Quality Assurance Specialist

HTi LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead the development of aluminum casted vehicle components in a collaborative environment. With a strong commitment to excellence, this company combines advanced technology with expert craftsmanship to produce components that exceed industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate quality data using statistical methods and support quality planning during process development.
- Handle customer complaints and perform root cause analysis in teams using problem-solving tools.
- Organize and manage FMEA meetings during both process development and serial production.
- Plan and coordinate testing, including developing test plans, methods, and control plans.
- Create and maintain quality-related documents, including work instructions.
- Conduct internal and external audits and resolve supplier issues.
- Check customer scorecards and ensure feasibility during the acquisition phase.
- Participate in technical discussions with customers, support project kick-offs, and ensure a smooth transfer of projects to quality planning.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Metrology to check sampling requirements.
- Train staff on quality matters and lead customer support initiatives during project phases.
- Clarify quality topics with customers and support their visits during the acquisition process.
- Verify contracts in collaboration with the contract team and ensure process adherence during project transfers.
