Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Salud Family Health Centers. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, facilities, and equipment, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks.
  • Identify and address potential safety hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of office equipment and furniture, and move and assist in moving furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on locks, appliances, and other equipment.
  • Assist in obtaining quotes and arranging for services of outside vendors as needed.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and orderly worksites and facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license required.
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform duties and responsibilities as described.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in one or more of the building trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, or electrical work.
  • Knowledge of standard practices and tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities.
