We are currently seeking a Project Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our team.

In this role, you will provide essential support to Project Engineers and Project Managers, significantly contributing to the success of our initiatives.

You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to facilitate the progression of projects through their lifecycle. This position involves generating, collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data in support of ongoing Cyclonaire customer projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and analyzing project data (costs, schedules, risks) and producing reports and communications as required.
  • Maintaining organized file systems, ensuring data integrity, and archiving relevant records.
  • Creating and managing project lifecycle workflows.
  • Generating lifecycle reports and identifying potential project risks.
  • Submitting purchase requisitions for project materials.
  • Organizing third-party manuals for requisitioned components.
  • Preparing drawing submission packages based on completed project drawings.
  • Archiving digital documentation for completed projects.
  • Generating project operating and maintenance manuals.
  • Attending project meetings to gather data and assist in identifying risks and issues.
  • Collaborating with the project team to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases). Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is advantageous. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, ERP systems, and Microsoft Teams (SharePoint) is preferred. A disciplined and consistent approach to organization is crucial in supporting the project team.


Education / Experience:

A High School Diploma is required, with an Associate Degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and/or training in document control.

Familiarity with technical data, technical writing, and industrial equipment is desired.

Close visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing computer monitors, and extensive reading.


Work Environment:
This position is performed in an office setting and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
