The Role We Want You ForWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Project Manager to join our Technical Assurance Group (TAG). As a key member of our team, you will contribute to a variety of design projects, research, and analysis to support our diverse and innovative architecture practice.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead the design and development of mission-critical data center projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to develop comprehensive project strategies and solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance on data center infrastructure, including power systems, cooling solutions, network architecture, and security protocols.
- Project Management: Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts, and oversee the construction administration process to ensure quality and compliance with design intent.
- Client Communication: Lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions to communicate project progress, address concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data center design and management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on data center projects.
- Professional Licensure: Professional licensure (e.g., registered architect) preferred.
- Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing complex, mission-critical data center projects, including design development, construction documentation, and project coordination.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, HVAC systems, networking, and security protocols.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
