Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage client behavior consistently and fairly.
  • Respect and uphold client rights at all times.
  • Guide clients in developing essential life skills.
  • Accompany clients throughout their treatment activities, ensuring adherence to the Weekly Planning Schedule.
  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation of all client interactions as per established policies.
  • Ensure effective communication during shift changes, including detailed log entries and verbal updates on routine and significant occurrences.
  • Monitor client safety in accordance with care policies.
  • Assist clients in dressing appropriately for varying weather conditions.
  • Report any incidents or potential hazards promptly to facilitate prevention and follow-up.
  • Communicate any medical or dental concerns of clients to the nursing staff without delay.
