Job Summary:

Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including GI cases and colonoscopies.
  2. Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  3. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  4. Document patient information and anesthesia care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
  2. Current certification from the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
  3. Current BCLS/ACLS certification.
  4. Current PALS certification as required.
  5. Minimum one (1) year experience as a CRNA.
  6. Strong ethical and moral character.
  7. Basic computer skills.
  8. Documentation of all COVID-19 vaccination or boosters received or requested Medical or Religious exemption granted.
