Clinical Expert for Cardiac Rhythm Technologies

What You'll DoWe are seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff involving CRM products. As a key member of our team, you will act as a clinical interface between the medical community and our business.
- Demonstrate expertise in building and sustaining credible business relationships with customers.
- Provide comprehensive support to customers, including product knowledge, training, and clinical expertise.
- Develop and lead trainings and programs on CRM products to healthcare professionals.
You will work under general direction and be responsible for providing support on an as-needed basis. Your ability to think critically and solve complex clinical problems will be essential to your success in this role.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of increasing responsibility in the cardiac pacing and related industries.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems and the ability to apply engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.
