Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $190,000 per year, depending on location. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage, retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and education assistance programs.

Job Description

As a Leadless Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in managing our Leadless Clinical Specialist team, working closely with the Aveir Clinical Lead(s) to ensure seamless procedural coverage schedules, candidate recruiting, professional development, and product launch logistics. You will also partner with key stakeholders to support sales organization goals and develop strategic programs to maximize adoption of our leadless CRM portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic programs to drive adoption of leadless CRM technology
  • Recruit and train new Leadless Clinical Specialist candidates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule commercial procedures and provide guidance on product launch logistics
  • Work closely with customers to influence procedure outcomes through presentations, data-driven analysis, and deep product knowledge
  • Assist in education and training activities with physicians, support staff, and Abbott personnel
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, engineering, clinical management, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of clinical medical device experience, preferably with CRM products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex medical environments
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills, with ability to guide customers and colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional training or certification in a relevant field
  • Previous sales experience and/or demonstrated business acumen
