Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory standards. Perform necessary clerical duties to support optimal patient care, ensuring the safety and efficiency of food preparation, adherence to budgetary requirements, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education, Experience, and Training:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization, maintained current.

3. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in food service operations.

4. Proficient in using a PC.

5. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR) required.
