Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team in Killeen, TX. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide client-focused therapy that supports individuals, couples, and families in navigating their unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and goals.
  • Create and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Offer ongoing therapy sessions addressing various issues, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A strong commitment to cultural competence, diversity, and inclusion in clinical practice.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.
