Key Responsibilities of the Client Relations Specialist:
- Convert incoming client inquiries into scheduled service appointments.
- Deliver call scripts with a natural and engaging tone, ensuring clarity and warmth.
- Promptly address client requests, resolving issues and enhancing brand loyalty.
- Build positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Participate actively in training sessions to refine your booking skills and outbound calling techniques.
- Implement company procedures to effectively resolve client complaints.
- Maintain accurate and current client records in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Adapt to additional tasks as necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Home Services or Skilled Trades is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of Call Center experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong phone etiquette.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and nurturing positive client relationships.
