  • Consults with healthcare providers regarding patient care continuum.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Documents treatment plans and patient progress.
  • Participates in leadership functions, including community outreach, CQI, and marketing.

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred.
  • Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
  • BLS certification required.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working in a medical office setting with variable weekends.
