We're changing entertainment, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team at Hollywood Casino at Columbus. As a Busser Sportsbar, you'll be an integral part of our fast-paced and dynamic environment, working with a diverse group of co-workers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down private dining areas to ensure a seamless experience for our guests
  • Ensure each table is ready for guests' arrival, adhering to our venue standards
  • Restock and clean assigned stations at the end of each shift, maintaining Department of Health standards
  • Attend pre-shift meetings to stay informed and aligned with the team
  • Maintain a regular and consistent attendance record, as we rely on our team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with servers, hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
  • Keep the dining area clear of debris and food throughout the day, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Restock dishes and utensils needed for service areas, maintaining a well-stocked and organized buffet
  • Maintain beverage stations with supplies and free from debris and trash, ensuring a refreshing experience for our guests
  • Ensure sanitation buckets and silverware soak water are changed every three hours, adhering to Department of Health Standards
  • Assist co-workers in stations as needed, supporting the business needs of the team
  • Assist in any duties deemed necessary by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Available to work required schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
  • Respond to visual and oral cues
  • Able to work in constricting areas
  • Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
  • Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environments
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 100 pounds, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas
